To save you time, we’ve given you the 5 things you’ll need to sign up, so you can get it done in a matter of minutes.
#1 BE DECIDED ON YOUR VENDOR OPTIONS
Choosing your vendor(s) is required before you sign up. Changes or alterations are made after you commence, so talk to your sellers and find out what they want to fundraise with.
You can print all the info you need on each vendors page on the teamfund.ca website.
Most vendors have a small minimum requirement of sales-so they can deliver to you, free of charge.
You can view all this information by visiting the vendor webpages. A good place to start is here and then click on the vendor of your choice for more info.

#2 HAVE YOUR START AND SELLER PICK UP DATE
We work around your schedule! Fundraisers typically run for 3 weeks of selling and then about 10 days to fill the order. So settle of a seller pick up date that is convenient for your sellers.
TeamFund will schedule your selling end date-you will only provide a start date.
#3 NARROW DOWN YOUR SELLER PICK UP TIME
Setting a seller pick up time is needed so we can be sure to schedule delivery about 30-45 mins PRIOR to sellers arriving.
You will need time with your volunteers (If needed) to accept the order, count the products and organize yourself. Not to worry-TeamFund will provide reports so you can easily distribute the order to sellers.
#4 DECIDE ON YOUR SELLER PICK UP LOCATION
An ideal and easily accessible seller pick up location is required.
An arena, empty school parking lot, community centre, soccer pitch are all great locations.
We don’t suggest your home or a residence unless you must-because orders are large and it’s best to have seller pick up where lots of cars can come and go.
Most seller pick ups are outside!
You will need a physical address for this delivery-be sure to have an exact location on hand.
#5 BE SURE OF YOUR PROFIT CHEQUE NAME
TeamFund will need to know how to address the profit cheque. All this information is required prior to commencing.
