We’ll admit it: Fundraising can be frustrating. 🔥 😩
Time Consuming. Daunting. Chaotic. Unorganized…we can go on and on.
There is a G-O-O-D reason why the Fundraising Coordinator position is the MOST vacant position on ANY committee or board! It’s the most thankless and time consuming job: no one knows the hours it take to organize a fundraiser. No matter what type: time is required.
Teamfund was created to reduce stress, eliminate errors, shave dozens of hours all by increasing profitability and structure.

🗓Did you pick an effective timeline?
Our best fundraisers have a few things in common:
- A selling period of no longer than about 18-21 days
- Do not try and sell over School holidays like Christmas and Spring Break: it’s not effective as many of your participants aren’t around to sell to or buy from!
📦Strategize your date: Coordinate with holidays
Take a look at a calendar and find a holiday, we suggest to schedule a delivery a few days prior as it helps sellers market the fundraiser to their supporters!
